What We do
DVHINK Consultants provides product safety and recall expertise to our clients through the various phases of a recall. • Pre-Recall – Creating, Planning, testing, and reviewing Product Safety and Recall procedures • Recall Set-up – Preparing, Reviewing and Planning the filings and documents required to be submitted to the governing agencies. Working with our clients to ensure the corrective action plans are actionable and complete before they are submitted. • Active Recall - Oversight to ensure that the corrective action plan and best practices are followed. Coordinating 3rd parties where needed so that data, customer support, fulfillment and logistics are monitored and handled with in the constructs of the requirements of the regulatory agency. Compiling data for monthly progress reports and ensuring that all documents submitted comply with regulatory requirements. • Post Recall – Debriefing to ensure recall is closed out properly. Compiling of final reports and best practices for handling claims after the closure of the active recall.
